The experience starts when you submit an appointment request below. Your appointment request will be received by me, and you will receive a welcome message to ensure your first visit is seamless.
The day of your appointment you will pull up to the chicest salon in the heart of downtown Walnut Creek, Ca. There is street parking right in front of the salon, (but I do recommend parking in the Lesher Center for the Arts parking garage located right around the corner on California Blvd.), and you'll know you got the right spot when you see the big "STEM SALON" sign out front.
Once you make your way inside, we will start with a detailed consultation, what are you liking or not liking currently with your hair and what challenges are you having? These questions are the foundation to giving you what you want. Not only will we create our plan for our first appointment, but we'll also map out a long term hair maintenance plan to ensure your goals are met and your hair is always looking its best. If you're here for color, a formula will be custom blended for you and recorded in my system so that it's always ready and waiting at each visit.
We've got Wi-Fi, sparkling water, a delicious coffee bar, magazines, phone chargers, and more to keep you comfortable as your color processes.
We will finish your service by styling, and of course, the Instagram photoshoot. I will recommend at home styling care to recreate and maintain your look at home, and we will set you up for your next maintenance appointment.
